Meet JoAnn Gould......
To this day, JoAnn Gould remembers the wonderful moment in 1983 when she and her husband Don left San Jose and headed north on their journey to Central Oregon. They wanted to take an exciting vacation fishing on the many lakes and rivers in Central Oregon.

The Beginning
A funny thing happened when JoAnn and Don arrived. They were over-whelmed by the beautiful landscapes and the active lifestyle of the area. Before they knew it, they were making plans to move to Central Oregon permanently. They really didn't have any desire to venture back to the crowded and hectic atmosphere of San Jose where they had a successful manufacturing business.

A New Way of Life
It was clear that this rural community with its active lifestyle and pictureque setting, was the ideal place to call home.
JoAnn's genuine passion for LaPine and the surrounding communities is just as strong today as when she arrived over 25 years ago. That's because she learned very early to appreciate what a truly special lifestyle this wonderful environment has to offer.


Life Is WHat You Make It
Whether it's spending time with her husband, family, friends, or working in her career as a Real Estate Professional, JoAnn never loses sight of the fact that life was meant for living. " If you can't enjoy life and what you do for a living, then what good is it?" Asks JoAnn rhetorically. "I think the most important lesson of all is that life is really what you choose to make it, and I want to make it as nice as possible for my family, and my clients as well."

UPDATE ON JOANN
Prior to being a full time realtor I was a general contractor. My duties were: installing pumps in wells, whole house water treatment and water testing. But the real pride and joy of my work was when my husband and I built our Log Home. All these experiences has helped me be a better realtor.
