Specialization;
Prior to being a full time Realtor I was a General Contractor. My duties were: installing pumps in wells, whole house water treatment and water testing. But the real pride and joy of my work was when my husband and I built our Log Home. All these experiences have helped me be a better Realtor. After growing up together on the same street in Lake Oswego, Ed and his wife Rhonda experienced the Oregon landscape in many settings before moving to Central Oregon. Employed by the federal government for nearly two decades, he initially worked with the Army Corps. of Engineers as an offset photographer and then changed course by taking a position with the BLM in logistics management. After six years, an international purchasing company persuaded Ed to leave his federal position to become a manager in the private sector. Although he continued to thrive at work, Ed found that it wasn’t fulfilling. He missed one-on-one contact with people. To meet that need, he moved into sales. Not long thereafter he met JoAnn Gould and caught her contagious passion for real estate. What Ed and his clients soon discovered was that his incredible work ethic and fervor combined with his resourcefulness and aptitude for problem-solving would lead to a very satisfied clientele.
